Home For Christmas

“There is no place like home for the holidays”- so goes the song. And honestly, especially at Christmas, the longing to return home has never left me. We all long to belong, to be part of deep traditions and fond memories. This desire to come home is lodged deep in the human heart. This Advent Season join us as we explore the peace, hope, joy and love of the season that brings us home - to our Father, our truest and deepest home.

Dec 7 - Christmas Under the Stars - CANCLED

We have been diligently watching the weather and have decided that it’s in the best interest of our guests, families and the park facility to cancel this week’s Christmas Under The Stars, previously scheduled for this Saturday evening. We were excited to share this fun filled family event with our community and even more excited that you were inviting your friends to join us. We struggled to have to cancel, but current weather patterns continue to show high percentages of rainfall this week.  Rather than inviting your friends to this event, please take time to enjoy a dinner, watch a Christmas movie togethe or simply just hang out!

December 24 - Christmas Eve Services

We are pulling out all the stops for this Joyful family Christmas Eve celebration. Plan to join us December 24th for one of our two services at 4pm or 5:30pm. This is going to be a fun event for you to bring your family and friends. Part of the festivities include Christmas Carols, Candle Lighting and something special for the kids. Then plan to join us in our “Christmas” courtyard for a magical experience for the whole family with the Surfing Magician, Hot Cocoa, cookies and much more. Childcare provided for kids 0-preschool.

For centuries, Christians around the world have used the four weeks leading up to Christmas to prepare themselves for the celebration of Jesus’ birth. It’s a time when we observe his first coming while we also look forward to his second coming. Each of the four weeks leading up to Advent is focused on hope, peace, joy, and love respectively.   Click here to watch the weekly video.
